I am interested in learning more about the upcoming special election ballot items, particularly Prop 77, the Redistricting Initiative. How does redistricting currently work? And if this proposition passes, how will it impact our community?

To me the most pressing issue regarding African Americans, is our future. This in my opinion starts with our children. We need to have better outlets for our children to grow, rather than letting the TV or Video games be the 'baby sitter'. So many parents seem to be selfishly 'inconvenienced' by the child they willfully brought into this world. ALL our children really need is more LOVE. When was the last time you looked your child in the eye, told them you loved them and gave them a HUG? We can never do this enough

What about discussing issues dealing with other communities of color in addition to issues of African-Americans? I believe if you do this, you would get more support from other communities of color and they would be comfortable knowing they can turn to the NAACP to fight for their causes as well.

I believe we should hear opinions and issues from our youth. What are they dealing with? Do "adults" know what youth today are going through? What do youth want to tell their parents or other "adults" that they may be afraid to discuss face to face? or issues the youth think adults may not be able to understand? Maybe you should have someone from the NAACP youth or young adult group write a column in the monthly newsletter.

local community... we need to emphasize the need for community programs that enrich and inspire our youth to reach their full potential. we cant depend on school districts to empower our youth to explore their options in life.

As a youth member, I would like to talk about issues concerning the youth in our community. It seems as if we need to to build stronger relationships with each other. The youth need empowering! Help us.

Charlie of course it makes sense to teach our youth the proper morals in order to keep them out of jail.

But staying off crack would be a lot easier if the CIA didn't flood black communities with the damn drug.

What the Govt. has done to blacks in poor urban communities is irreversible. I suggest you visit The Projects in order to see for yourself.

I live in District 7 and I can't decide who to vote for. Madison or Linda Nguyen? Who's really going to fight the good fight?

Regarding the District 7 Elections the NAACP has given Madison Nguyen an A+ meaning that she matches the NAACP's policy agenda much closer than Linda Nguyen, who recieved a B.

I want to see you blog about this case in New Hampshire where a brother named Willie Toney got jacked up by 3 undercover cops, guns drawn and body-cavity searched with no probable cause and a misdemeanor loitering charge that was dismissed.

Check my website and weblog for my lawsuit against Nashua, NAACP President Gloria Timmons and VP Melanie Levesque, and documents and movies about how they screw the little guy and get in bed with police chiefs like Martin J. Dunn in Jaffrey, New Hampshire who violate Civil Rights.

And how about this one: "Does the NAACP sue?" In New Hampshire they told the Prosecutor that NAACP doesn't sue, but read:

NAACP v. Town of East Haven, 259 F.3d 113 (C.A.Conn. 2001)

[7] KeyCite Notes
170A Federal Civil Procedure
170AXIX Fees and Costs
170Ak2725 k. Offer of Judgment; Compromise or Attempted Compromise.

"Civil rights organization representing black persons did not act in "bad faith" in bringing Title VII disparate impact suit against town alleging race discrimination in hiring practices, as would justify denial or limitation of attorney fees following judgment in favor of organization, despite town's purported willingness to settle; organization was faced with expiring right-to-sue letter and absence of agreement on any of its substantive demands."

The Court continued....

"[NAACP Counsel] wrote that a lawsuit and a consent decree could be avoided if the Town agreed to several conditions, including an "expansive" recruitment effort with radio advertising, and reimbursement of the NAACP's costs and attorney's fees."

So then, Attorney Albrecht: Your Memoranda rely on a) me not being a licensed attorney and more importantly, b)
"knowing that [I] had previously been told on two separate occasions by two different chapter presidents that the NAACP did not provide legal representation for clients. Consequently, the Defendant sent the demand letter in bad faith and without any cause to believe a suit in the federal court would be instituted by the NAACP as an entity."

Yeah, right. Looks like y'all need some better fertilizer. Yeah let's put THAT in front of a Criminal and Civil Jury, shall we?

What were you thinking?

And I won't say "Peace" this time because I offered that up to Gloria a long time ago; she tried to fuck me in the ass. So fuck her, too -- with a godd*mn pile driver. And I sincerely mean that, from the bottom of my heart.

You have to be worried about hitting links in your apple ipad that might not be from reputable websites. The simplest way to cease that from happening to you personally is as simple as keeping along the link before you decide to click it. This will tell you the specific Website url the link is originating from. Scan2122344d
